Welcome to Luua! By accessing or using our website, Chrome extension, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
"Luua," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operating entity of the Luua platform.
"User" or "you" refers to the individual or entity creating an account and using the Service.
"Content" refers to text, images, or other materials generated, uploaded, or processed through Luua.
2. Accounts and Access
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Luua, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (via Google OAuth). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to the "Prohibited Uses" listed in Section 5.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Free and Paid Tiers: Luua offers both free and paid ("Pro") plans. The specific features and limits of these plans are detailed on our Pricing page.
3.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
3.3 Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of the inputs you provide to Luua and the output generated by the Service ("Generated Content"). We claim no copyright over the posts you create.
4.2 Our License: By using the Service, you grant Luua a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, and use your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., debugging, generating the output).
4.3 AI Nature of Content: You acknowledge that the Service uses Artificial Intelligence. * AI may generate incorrect, offensive, or non-factual information ("Hallucinations"). * You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Generated Content before publishing it to social media platforms. * Luua is not liable for any reputational damage, bans, or errors resulting from your use of Generated Content on third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X).
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Luua to:
Generate content that is hateful, harassing, violent, or illegal.
Generate spam or content designed to manipulate platform algorithms deceptively.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Luua website or Chrome extension.
Use the Service to build a competitive product.
Scrape or overuse the API beyond reasonable human limits.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Luua makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
The continuous availability of the Service (we rely on third-party AI providers like OpenAI/OpenRouter, and downtime may occur).
Compliance with the terms of service of third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X). You use the Service at your own risk regarding third-party platform bans or restrictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Luua in the past 12 months.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X) that are not owned or controlled by Luua. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of Luua after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
